After starting the Fall 2018 semester with a bang (4 events in one week), our September events were more spread out. Let's jump in and I'll tell you all about them!
Event: Coffee with the Club
Location: Julka Hall Atrium
Date and Time: Wednesday September 12th 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Officers had coffee and talked with students in the Atrium of Julka Hall. It was great to get to know some of you better in a more personal setting!
Event: Volunteering with Viking Expeditions
Location: The Church of the Covenant
Date and Time: Saturday September 22nd 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
The Future Educators Organization worked together with Viking Expeditions, a volunteer organization, to tutor students at Saturday Tutoring. The church hosts 10 Saturdays each semester tutoring students grades 1 through 12. The students choose which subjects or assignments they would like to work on during the 2 hours they were there. It is a great opportunity for students to learn and pre-service teachers to work with students.

Event: Game Night
Location: Julka Hall room 191
Date and Time: Friday September 28th 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Club Officers and members played games together: Uno, Scrabble, Blokus, Fluxx, and others. It was another great chance to get to know some of you and thank you to those that came!
